Trending @Wipro; Myskillz assessment

Just couple of questions
- What happens if one doesn't clear the myskillz assessment?
- Does not clearing myskillz, reason of termination?
Not clear answers from management, if anyone has any info, pls do share.

It is better you get the external certification. External certification have the value in other company too. But if you clear the MyskillZ, it is useless. It is useful within only Wipro.
That's exactly my view on this process...but People do force to get things done..
Don't listen to them. I never attempted to clear the MyskillZ. I always taken the external certification and uploaded them. They never asked anything.. For example take any basic cloud certification from MS or GC OR Amazon.
I haven't cleared the muskillz for a long time, haven't faced any actions. They say it will affect your appraisals. I have taken external certifications though.
