Check in your city there must be a team who does all this work, join that group for the same.

There is no portal for it, you need to mingle with people in office. There are groups thry call themselves something I don't remember but they wear a different color ribbon for I card purple one. Get in touch with such people they organise it all.
It's a huge groupism there as typical Accenture project
