There are lot of offerings within the app and I am sure it’s a bit complex backend wise. Anyway, this % does show they over hired too

Ikr. I was forced to use their product by RWA uncles.
They had been in trouble for a while since their rentals, home services, paid services couldn’t get any traction. Moreover, Apna Complex and No Broker Hood took away lots of customers.

Their only way to make money would be through ADs or by selling customer data. UX needs to improve to prominently showcase their add on services where they can make money. Else people are going to use say Urban clap etc from their own apps. Can try to be a super app with great UX to drive it
