My younger brother received an offer letter but here's a catch!

Recently, my younger brother received an offer letter from a design company for the role of the founder’s Office Intern in Bangalore and they are offering 25k per month for 4-6 months. There are chances that they might convert it to full-time but again no guarantee.

Now, as an elder brother idk what to advise him exactly in this case. Your suggestions would be appreciated!

Start looking for other jobs and better to have atleast 2 or 3 offers in hand around that time. Incase if they don’t convert to full time he can pick one of the offers in hand.
