
Trending @Infosys; My year end review rating given need improvement.
My manager give need improvement in my year end appraisal cycle, no one discussed with regarding that before the rating, now HR sent me a notice for same.
Now what should be happen next and will I get a appraisal in this year I am going to complete 3 years in infy in June.
Please suggest.

More than appraisal u should worry about pip...

And you were sleeping throughout!! Did not protest or raise issue with hr. Cause you never read about appraisal process emails !! Now NI point crying: what it means is you will not get any performance bonus, no hike next year, and promotions delayed by atleast one year. Lastly they will put you on PIP , do not accept it and request for immediate release with 5 months salary. Since you are good at what you do you will find another job as your are an immediate joiner and enjoy the additional 5 months salary!!

More chances You will be put in PIP
If your current manager is good - he will give you easy goals that you to complete in 60 days .
There will be 3 meetings . Day 0 , Day30 and Day 60 regarding your tasks and status.
Tasks are some certifications and mock projects .
Also you have to be in office for the full 9.25 hours.
Get ready for hell if you get PIP .
