My work timings go on from 11 in morning to 10 at night, I'm a digital hire. How do I convince my manager for release from the project?

If you are someone who works from 11am to 10pm, they need you , you are useful to them and they wont release you :)

Be less useful, limit your time, take time to deliver the output.

Dont argue. Just pretend to be a helpless/dumb person when your manager asks you to work more.

For every associate timeing should be 9 hours. If they ask more time every day than create a graviance and ask for release

What is graviance, what to do it mean?

It's a type of escalation. When you create then everyone is active and hr asks you to close it. But you just wait for your resolution

If you learning from the project stay there just learn how to manage your time.. I think you seems to tuning away instead of facing the problem.. do not work more than 8 hours a day not because that is what you are paid for but rather this is what you should achieve by becoming a smart worker. Managing time and expectations.
