Trending @Infosys; My Unit TPD is not relasing me

I'm currently on bench. I got a project opportunity from another Unit, I cleared the project interview. Now the Project Manger is telling that he can't on-board me because my Unit TDP did not approve the release. What should I do.

reach to HR and ask the solution. also try raising AHD

If u are on central bench u can get into any units project. Drop a mail to HR.

yes, but you need reluef letter from your reporting manager/TPD manager

TPD people don't reply at all. HR se bhi jyada bhaav lagta hai unhe

Tell them frankly that sir appraisal time is coming, if I don't get a project by then, then you will give me good rating please assure,
First talk to HR on phone
Then write an email to manager unit tpd keeping your hr in look and the new project manager too that you are eager to join that project and alao you cleared that interview but then also not getting release to join that. Mention each and every small points
And request the manager in the mail that you deserve a good rating if they are not releasing you then it's their responsibillty to give good appraisal
