Trending @Cognizant; My timesheet is in red colour can is it affect my promotion

Even mine is in red in 2024 go perform. I checked with my manager and he said this is bcs you haven’t submitted the time sheet every Friday correctly. He said this will not effect promotion but will effect only yea rating. And also suggested not to ignore this for 2025. So dont worry, time sheet in red will not effect promotion.
Promotion depends on below only.

1. Yea rating must be 3 and above
2. RTO 25 hrs avg per week
3. Go perform must be 100 % complete
4. No disciplinary action must be taken in last 12 months.

Did they told it's affect your promotion
