My theory: no one likes AI interviews

The current state of models and products available in the market just aren't good enough.

They're either too easy to fool, or waste more time, or are too restrictive in their processes and end up cutting points for any input they aren't prepared for/don't understand.

Unfortunately, grapevine round 1 is similar from my experience. No competent person would want to get interviewed by an AI. It's not a good experience.

Maybe it all improves later, but i don't see much use of it all right now. What has your experience been, if you've been interviewed by AI tools?

Very good for practise tough, earlier you would have to book a slot n all, I see this as a good useful initiative..plus you can be more real with the ai

If it were just about practice, sure. But these are real interviews that you can't redo most of the time with real rejections. Grapevine round 1 is more about practice yes, but the others in the market don't allow for retries.
