
My team colleague has sent me a jerking off video on whatsapp. After asking him to delete the video he didnt delete the video and this is really bothering me to work with him in the same team. Please suggest what HR can take steps?

Sorry to say this dear but the TCS posh is as shitty as it can be. My trainer used to make sexual comments on me. I raised my concern over posh. I was called to olympus and 12 PPL asked me questions and made me write the whole incident. Few days later the outcome was that the trainer was asked to do a wbt course on sexual harassment and his rating will be staged for a year that's all. And I was advised to dress properly in office. After reading the outcome I felt like I have been given a tight slap by the posh team. I had to look at his face everyday and there were rumours all around. Men colleagues became more careful whilst talking to me as if what I did was wrong. Saare chutiye chapri log hai. I realised how toxic the management and environment is. Later on i asked for a release which due to these issues which they denied hence I stopped reporting to work thinking atleast they should give me a release from the project. Later on i was told that posh was raised by me only to get a release. It's a shame. I took a hit on my pay for 2 months and they didn't even budget and inch post that I started working again. A year later I resigned and they made my separation very difficult. It's sad that companies like TCS has such shallow mindset and POSH is as useless as their policies.

Report this to HR under posh ! Don’t waste time and if asked further share the chat ss as proof and ask for strict action asap !!
