Try in small startups. They find it hard to find good skilled candidates, so they are more willing to overlook things like career gaps for skilled candidates

Go for sap functional modules... She will get an easy job there. Because most of the people will career gap people in sap or other. And most of the time all support jobs will be there. So, no burden as developer. Get solid understanding and real time knowledge on one sap module. Only catch Sap jobs mostly you can see in mnc and mid range companies.
