Trending @Cognizant; My special allowance amount got added in LTA. I'm getting 8k less because of this🫠. I chose old tax regime. How can I remove it from LTA?

Please select the new regime my friend & you can edit it between 5 to 20 of each month.

For the deducted amount raise a GSD ask the HR for the process.

You cannot change the regime now, but this amount can't be added by default. You have to set the amount as per my understanding

LTA is Leave Travel Allowance. Basically that amount is tax free. You can save tax on the old regime with LTA.
