If you haven't discussed this with tl or manager then fill b shift for this month and see if they approves it or not

Resignation is the solution to all this shit.. prepare for interview and exit I am also trying same 🙂

Same here 12.30 to 9.30 not getting any allowance

Same is with me, 12:00 to 9:00 shift and sometimes onshore meetings get stretched till 10:00, and no shift allowance.

Speaking to HR will also not change anything they are all eating from same plate

For me it's the same and now they are thinking to start the day from 11 am
No shift allowance and the onsite team is cool about it...this is so toxic..everybody is forced to mention health issues and not working lately but we are not allowed to say that WE HAVE FAMILY and life outside this idiot box

mine is 10:30 to 8:30 :(
