My salary has been reduced due to D band. I got reduced compensation letter today.
What am I supposed to do at this point please suggest?

Okay first of all why the D band?? What went wrong?? RTO?? Project feedback??
I also got D band, bad terms with DP even though my manager supports and appreciates the work I did. Went to medical leave for a month and got released in Feb , they gave D
I think for people got release from projects and are at bad terms with partners, no doubt you will be affected.
When it comes to hike they increase only 2-3% but are reducing in double digits. Seriously 😑

So need to realise and make your mind to move out and start preparing.
Stop work ..Search for a job and resign ..they will release early if you fight on basis of Band , reduction in Salary...
Best way is to take relase on ground of Band and the salary decreases..then dont take project and search on basis of low notice period
