Trending @Accenture; My Salary Growth In Accenture from 2015 till 2025 ( resigned in 2025)

Accenture was very good in growth. I am posting this for you guys. I have resigned from Accenture this month and joined Cognizant with 50% hike in fixed pay.

If I plan on staying in Accenture till I reach AM, what could be the perks of it. Also what are the chances of getting onshore as the project I am in has just started and I have good relations with the manager and the team in general. Currently I am at CL 11 with 2.5 years of exp

Onshore is very limited in Accenture. That too your level is very rare

Ya even I have never seen such high percentage hikes in my 3 years Accenture journey . Maybe I joined Accenture in wrong time period. Always heard Accenture pays well but could not experience it till now.

Also as you climb the pyramid it will not double like it happens in lower levels. I am currently at 29 lpa . I can not make it 58 lpa in next years. Max I can go to 40 -45 lpa if there is good progress. Th

Is that bonus means variable pay or yearly bonus? I am just curious to know what is bonus concept,when ad who will be eligible.

Yes bonus is variable pay. This amount is divided into 2 shares and paid once in May and November. It is generally paid 10-12 % of Fixed Pay if you get Distinct Achiever (best rating)

I just gave average . It's around 10-12 percent if you get DA

Great and agreed Accenture provided really good growth earlier. I joined in 2019 and my hikes were almost similar to yours. Also I got two onshore P710 assignments of 6 months each in 2022 & 2023. God knows what happened to this company since 2023.
