My release date is 30.11.2024 and it's written on mail. But I doubt he will release. What should I do in that case ?
He will release and if he will not forward that emal to HR regional head keeping your hr and him in cc and resign... stating this is the reason.. it will definitely work for sure.

I believe you would have kept hr in cc, if yes then he can't do anything with your exit.
First of all I am an overthinker..... but in the past he promised me to let me work on a certain technology but he didn't and that was also written over the mail, although I don't want to escalate that mail....
