My Reason for Resignation right or wrong?
I am nearly 9 years of experience. Joined TCS 2.4 years ago and now i am resigned from TCS .
Reason - quarterly variable pay it’s not even 20% even with 100% percent RTO. It is not even covering my half month rent expense . Another major reason is in the previous companies I used to get seven days work from here even during pre-Covid period.
I thought it would be difficult for me to come every day OFFICE while caring my parents and my baby . As soon as they restricted from six days per quarter I find it very hard to be here.
One more reason is hike .
Absolutely right. I also gave preference to tcs offer over wipro and settled for less seeing tha brand value. HR told me that my ctc will be same as wipro's offer after one year. Then for my bad luck TCS stopped anniversary hike and for the past 3 years there is zero hike
TCS is best when you are in bench. Wipro is not at all good don't flex Wipro offer here..
Yoi did correct. Situation is going to get worst.
