Trending @Cognizant; My ratings are wrongly enter in system by TL

My TL wrongly enter my rating in the system and now my manager is saying we can not change that - please any one here can advice what action I can take on this Issue.

Rating is entered by HM not TL. TL can only provide the feedback. They are fooling you.

Yes home manager only we called TL - my manager is saying that my home manager has done mistake while entering my rating in the system - do you think it is possible cause after that manager also verify
