My quarterly qva deduction is more than yearly salary increment. Is anybody facing same problem.

Yeah, it's a common issue for some folks here. The QVA deductions can sometimes feel like they outweigh the salary hikes

Yes and this is only for one quarter if you calculate for 4 quarter you skip a beat of heart

Yes.. hike is of 4% and QVA dedicated is more than 8%. Very pathetic situation.

Increment 2% QVA deduction 70% roughly 10-15% of CTC

If something is pending with TCS they will recover every penny during FFS. What we need to do for recovering ours

Same story for all at C3B level, practically we are working without any yearly hike..rather our salary getting reduced year by year after reduction of QVA
