Trending @Cognizant; My promotion to Associate is due this month, did anyone from AIA got promoted from PA to A this year, are they giving expected hike?

Same for me also but i am from EPS and did not get hike not get promotion because i am on bench from jan end and in previous project i get 5/5 rating but now i allocated to project anyone knows what to do here now

When is your doing in cognizant. If it is July wait for some days because q3 promotions are not started yet
