As long as you are a Real Performer then you should find a better job.

Yes, there is some degree of job security in TCS but it translates into low salary. The only other conditions that you should keep in mind , that once you leave TCS, they won't hire you in future.

So evaluate your overall situation and start attempting interviews. If you are able to find a job in a reasonable time (say a year or so) that means your skills and experience are still in demand. If not, then you left no other option but to stay in TCS.
