Trending @HCL; My project released me, currently in Project bench 1 month notice from the Project, Will I get early release???

My project released me, currently in Project project bench (PDP - Project Deployment Pool) 1 month notice from the project then I will be moving to (CDP - Common Deployment Pool) Bench, Got a good offer outside HCL, the company asking me to join within a month also negotiable notice, Will my project allow me for early release? After can i put down the papers and join the new company, please suggest me Guys!
