Trending @HCL; My project manager is such a red flag

He is a micromanager and is making it very hard to continue with the project. I want to complain to the HR but that may bite me in the back instead.Any suggestions?

HR or any other person does not help you . So if you feel your really troubled though your delivering. Consider talking to skip level manager and you can get them sorted out

Been with a Team Lead exactly like that so I can understand what you must be going through. You can look for project internally or just schedule a 1:1 with manager and talk to him. Complaining to HR is useless here..

HR are really bad people in big organisation they generally prefer managers words.

I would suggest you switch internally to a different project. But that is hard to get here.

Don't trust HCL HRs ...They are useless and instead of helping they are going to harm you.So be careful.

Complaining to HRs will most likely not work, but still go and and let your concern know.

Another true fact - Managers in HCL do not have much power, don't be too submissive.

If the need be, give him/her a tough time.

He/She will stop bothering you. If you entertain, they will think you are an easy prey and will trouble more.

Give them a hard time.

Hi mate the best you can do is either change the project or if that didn't help then change organisation.
