My project is closing down after completing almost 20 years. The business is going to Poland team.

I have experience in Life science - Clinical ops and systems Veeva CTMS, eTMF. I have also worked in an automation project. Can anyone suggest to me how can I switch to business analyst role or veeva configuration etc or what all roles are relevant to my experience or any certification to be done for the same.
