Trending @Capgemini; My Project Allocation (Gen-Garage-70% + Billable-30%)

Hie all, So here's the scenario post completion of my mandate training as a fresher at CG. I have been allocated to this Gen-Garage project where I have to work 70 percent and 30 percent to the billable project. But still, I haven't been onboard with the billable project.

Here are the Jinx Guys, Help me out

1. What if you are working on a GenZ project for 2 years. Will it affect your experience letter. Will the experience letter stay the same way for a guy who has worked for 2 years in a billable account.

2. Does this kind of allocation happen? If yes, please share your situation.
