My profile explains my feelings
After getting laid off learning Frontend because not getting naukri in UIUX as everyone is asking for Knowledge of frontend.
Taking courses from Interaction Design Foundation after Graduating with a BDes in Interaction Design because Certification matters more than my degree (⌐■-■)
Oh yeah thinking of freelancing as I have already wasted 3 months in trying to find a job
But wait even Freelancing Projects need experience these days (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Life of Fresher~

Dont give in! Keep moving forward!
Are you in NCR area? Some geographic locations arent big on tech. Places like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and even Mumbai are better when trying to find opportunities for freshers.
I would also suggest focus on one craft - If its UX and Visual design - master in it. If its front end, then master that. The knowledge will compound after few years. But going too broad in the start may not reap the right results- however there are always exceptions based on your talent and luck.
Courses are good, but whats better are internships, mentors and public design projects to keep you accountable (100 days of design etc)
All the best!

I am from a small city in Rajasthan and I have applied everywhere in india I guess but even after going through 3 or 4 rounds I lose in terms of people who are onsite ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ

You have identified the problem right. Location matters but isnt the only factor.
- If you can afford (financially), would definitely suggest you to move to a city where there is tech presence. It may even be Gurgaon to start with.
- If you are a generalist - focus on startups - they have more need of a generalist than a specialist
- If you are into visual design - focus on agency or product startups where visual design is given importance (you can find it out by looking at their products.
All the best!
