Trending @Accenture; My pip has not been cleared so I have been seperated from the organisation.

I was also put into PIP, but I didn’t accepted it . I had raised a grievance ticket against my manager who kept me in PIP. Accenture leadership has joined for discussion but still they started supporting the manager. So all of this took some time like almost 2 months in the mean time I started looking out for other jobs. Finally I received an offer and resigned Accenture.

Im on bench and received 0 % bonus and also came to know that im on pip thatsy i have received 0% bonus.
