Trending @Accenture; My PIP got unsuccessful and I have resigned.Anyone else got situation??

Not sure about unsuccessful pip but yes someone from my team was tagged to pip. Even though he resigned, he had to go through the pip during his last month of notice and he cleared it it seems. So if you have not cleared pip then probably they will ask you to leave in a week time or in a month or on same day depending upon the project and HR how desperately they want you to leave the organisation.

Why would someone go under PIP and who decides this?
