Trending @Accenture; My pip closed last month only, I’m not at all interested to work in my current project, if I ask roll off will they put me again into pip?
Can you please let me know how the steps you taken care of to complete the pip
4 weeks tasks plan will be given by lead to work on , each week we will be having review call with HR, where the person who has put in PIP say to HR whether we have completed the work work and expectation is met or not , 4th it will be decided whether we will be retained or get separation from the company on the same day..
Did they give any severance pay(bonus pay) while we get seperation ?
Include HR in email document everything and sound reason for u asking release.Twice they can't or wait for 2-3 month once things will get settled down u can ask for release
Pip can not be done twice unless , someone raise grievance of harassment.
When you ask for roll off, put it in mail. Cite reason like lack of opportunities, onshore role. It should be related to business , don't put personal reasons.
They certainly can but mostly won't. As you cleared it last month only so doesn't make sense. You can protest on that. Also they won't leave you easily if they don't want to
