Some ratings will go for extra scrutiny like underperforming and needs improvement so if u fall in that category then those ratings will take time to be released may be next week

my rating has been with appraisal since last 2 weeks .
and the manager is not responding to calls and pings.
Even in my team all other members got rating only mine is pending.
I Joined in August and I am not eligible for ratings. But had set goals and it says accepted and frozen but in dashboard it says met expectation. Is this the same rating or we get other rating after they release?. I am on bench still. Not getting any projects. Either skill mismatch or they are gosting after interview. So is there any risk of getting bad rating and get terminated or whatever it's showing in dashboard it's the same bro?
