My O365 cloud mailbox migrated to the Google work space.

My Office 365 cloud mailbox has been migrated to Google Workspace. Since the migration, I have not received any emails for the past four days. When I tried to log in using Gmail, I received an error message stating: "Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-step verification policy. Please contact your administrator for more information." Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If yes, what was the resolution?
