My new VP is a disaster

So we just got a new VP, and honestly, it's been a complete train wreck. Instead of promoting from within, they brought in their buddy from a big corporation who has zero understanding of our culture. Now, we’re stuck with micromanagement and pointless meetings that lead nowhere. I feel like I’m watching my team’s morale tank daily!
