My MD confirmed I'm not getting promoted to Manager

Ok folks, came to Deloitte with a lot of dreams, wanted to stay longer, I had already switched 4 companies before joining here. 9 years experience. Despite having everything solid, I'm still not getting promoted to Manager. Single digit hike last two years. I was still quite, not complaining anything. But now I'm really disappointed this time. I have everything in favor, yet they are denying. So looks like there is no value left for honest and hard working people left in Deloitte. Will start preparing from tomorrow and time to say good bye to Deloitte 🥲
