So I just got ti know that my manager’s manager got promoted and he posted that on LinkedIn. By the way he is the one whom I approached for my promotion, for which I am waiting from past 3+ years and he gave me all bulls*** about Accenture not giving promotions and all. What do you think ppl?

This is typical politics. Promotions often depend on connections, not merit. Keep pushing, don't give up.
