My manager will write a negative review to release me(black mark)
I'm a fresher who joined last year and my manager and my supervisor pressures me to work for something which I don't want to do. I am traumatized, and told him about my condition of how mentally I am affected. So he gave me a choice, whether to swap teams internally (which I don't want as there's nothing to learn in other teams) or to release me from the project with a negative review of me in the project stating that I am not fit for any of the work(it was the only options he had). If I get a negative review in the project which I am in and get released will that impact in my employment in other companies and other projects within tcs while hiring me.will I be told to resign from tcs after getting negative feedback, How does it impact my future hiring within the company, other company and with my employment in the future?

Tell them that you are okay for release and take release as soon and possible ... RMG will be responsible to provide you a new role so don't think and ask them to release
He told that he need to write a negative review that I am not fit for any work, even more bad review than this. Added that it will impact your employment here and in the future as well.the negative review will be tagged to my employer id. I was assigned to this project forcefully not by consent.
Don't worry about anything. Just get released and try to search projects based on your choice and skill. Just try to get tagged as early as possible. Or best thing just look out side of your organization 😀
First of all I want to tell you. They make you fool.
Nothing will happen if they will give you -ve feedback. I am telling you this bcoz same thing happened with me.
Just release from the project and take some leave. They r not Ratan Tata. They are just simple employee just like you.
I understand as you are fresher so you afraid of this but they cant do anything.
Just tell them.
Do whatever you want or you think its really mentally harassment then you can directly go to HR and complain about all the things.
Dont afraid of anything and just chill.
Same thing is happening with me as I am fresher I asked for release he started shouting
Don't worry. For sure No impact on you if you will join another company. For sure Impact your appraisal. I am not sure but there is little impact to find other good projects only when they consider your reviews. But you will get a new project no worries.
Remember one thing take care of your mental health and physical health. Trust me this bad review will cost you 500 - 600 ruppes because this is the hike in tcs and you are free to go to any other company. No review will impact you (except POSH and security breech).
First of all freshers joining TCS or companies like TCS, what do they really think how do such company function with an employee strength of 6 lakh +.....by giving you the choice of work that you are interested in???? Is that the reason a company hires you??? Hope you get this straight, this is not some startup or FAANG where you can just jump asking what you want to do. This is a service based company where your choice matters rarely and being one of lakhs of freshers that get hired annually in bulk, it hardly matters to the company.. Please do go to a startup (if you are capable to crack that interview) that can respect your choice unlike such big companies.
Advice from a employee who faced this
If you want to stay in tcs then do as per they say lick their boots if wanted or else plan for a switch. Do as per they say go to that project and start shaping your career.
Untill you are under their management they can do all
You say you are a fresher then its the best option
Get release asap, RMG will take care of putting you another project. These are managerial practice to keep people under control. Even if your manager writes anything that will be kept for internal use only. Work on your skills and move on.
