My manager will write a negative review to release me(black mark)

I'm a fresher who joined last year and my manager and my supervisor pressures me to work for something which I don't want to do. I am traumatized, and told him about my condition of how mentally I am affected. So he gave me a choice, whether to swap teams internally(which I don't want as there's nothing to learn in other teams) or to release me from the project with a negative review of me in the project stating that I am not fit for any of the work(it was the only options he had). If I get a negative review in the project which I am in and get released will that impact in my employment in other companies and other projects within tcs while hiring me.will I be told to resign from tcs after getting negative feedback, How does it impact my future hiring within the company, other company and with my employment in the future? Please help me guys
