Trending @Capgemini; My manager told that we have to go office 3 days in every week. Not 12 days continuously. It’s a new policy. Is it like that?

Don't encourage your manager. Just ask him/her why, if their answer satisfies you then go for 3 days a week

It's completely based on your manager, Some managers are okay if you do 12 days continuously and others are like this .But yes the policy is 3 days a week.

Till now have not heard of that...will only work if there is rostering
