My manager told me that I will be released after 3 months

He told me that handover needs to be done and the new backup associate must be able to start with the development. Three months will be minimum required. Is it correct or can it be done little bit faster?

I was planning to take early release and join other project to improve my band. If i get released after 3 months and join different project will i be eligible for band from different project?

3 months is when the contract might get renewed may be? Not for KT definitely or someone else may be joining from outside

They have already hired new replacement for me, KT is also started. Do i need to take email confirmation for release?

Check once your allocation, that is only source of truth when you will be released. Have you resigned hence the release?
