Trending @Accenture; My Manager told me my promotion has been deferred.

AASE. My manager told me my promotion has been deferred I'm an associate. Would my promotion not be by default from associate to analyst now? It's been two years since I have been in Accenture.

Promotion is not automatic. You need to prove your worth. Talk to your manager again.

Associate to analyst level 12 to level 11 has always been like this. That said I'm always ready to show that im worth it.

Worthy? I've handles multiple projects at once, done extra curricular conducted townhall and other activities, done multiple certifications, and it's been 2.8 years as an analyst and I did not get promotion, seriously? And I'm not sure about this time also, it seems like all my efforts are going waste
