Trending @Cognizant; My manager said he gave me rating 3 but , i got 2 rating , My manager also don't have any idea how that happened

Maybe he is given Q1 he is given 2 and Q2 he is given 3 then the final rating will come like 2.95 but the system will treat 2 only.

I had the same in 2023, by the time I got good feedback from the client, but internally, whoever is a new joiner or is reassigned can get the 2 rating. It's not in HM's hands after that one more level to be validated

There is a normalisation, manager's rating isn't final
