Performance is good. RTO also 100%. Still just because of release from project i got C.

In TCS:

When you ask for Release - You get either C or D
Once Band is given - There will not be any changes even after multiple discussions
No Grievances or Escalations works here in terms of Bands.

Moral: Once you get a less Band for your Performance. That means you were not given importance there and they have more important persons than you there.

So better Leave that Project immediately where you may be recognised by some other Managers in other Accounts.

My manager gave me d band inwas there 2 months and got released the . Also he gave me d band . I rejected it. Waiting for he discussion

All bullshit ... There is nothing like stack ranking exist. Everything is on managers. They decide the banding.

If u took release anytime between Jan to Mar. This is what happens.

Released, resignation cases are only D/C You guys can reject but out come nothing. Only possible if you have strong data with RTO then raise employee concern
