Trending @Accenture; My manager is racist, what can I do?

My manager is from bangalore and i have worked with them only for 6 months. I have noticed they are very partial with me (i am from north)

He is very lively and friendly with other teammates from the same region, but with me and another friend, he literally talks in a very cold manner. And is least helpful, like he does not want us to grow

Example: If I will ask doubts of clarification, he will sometimes just start shouting at me. While other colleagues even if they have to make excuses for work, he is chill.

I am trying to not let this affect my work but unfortunately it is, and I am feeling alone.

Any suggestions? Anybody else faces this?

Hi
Let me clarify on one thing I don't know whether it's about north or south but mostly people are shit in this organisation I mean for example my teammates are all from south except one fellow my team lead who is from north, even though I had south people I'm never comfortable working here all are cunning foxes and I can't literally describe how they are I'll leave that to your imagination they don't want to work but I and my colleague have to work because we are of level 12 and I'm suffering so much everyday is a depression for us both not because of work they give because of how they are filthy humans

So I decided I can't live here and started my preparations for the goal I want to achieve so it's better to leave this kind of place

Better to leave that environment in which you are not happy and suffering

Is it because north guys are very good looking they might have some complex towards them?

You can also escalate to higher management that you are not getting enough and support.. thats all

Most of the projects lead are from south only. If you try to change your project then also 65% chances are there that you will again go to project where the lead is a south indian. So better try to adjust and if the situation is getting worse then leave the project and join other project and pray for a good manager as not all south indian managers are bad

How to leave the current project? I don't think that managers easily give roll off. Also do we need to have another project before roll off from current?

The same thing happened to me with my first project he released me from the project without any work or access of the project Citrix in Accenture and blame why you have not taken access even 1 month gone And that manager is from south india

This is a very common issue across the industry. If you don't know the licking skills life is tough buddy.
