My manager is not giving me project release what to do such a sick people here

Escalate to hr then raise grievance

Stop working and let escalation come…you will get releas

What did you ask for release (I mean reason)

For release, may be you can submit your medical issues only they will release you otherwise they won’t do for other reasons.

If you have proof of medical docs reach out to HR but before that document your request via email along with documents addressing to your supervisor

If I worked 3yrs in same project and want to change domain ,can I ask for release and he will give it?
