
My manager is not accepting my resignation since 15 days, wht shld I do?

Manager has to accept the resignation of HRBP is Cc’d . Manager has to acknowledge within 3 working days. If not acknowledged, then straight away escalate to the HRBP Manager.

Yes.. if you don't want to continue, keep on add +1 manage in cc and send reminder count # like reminder1, reminder2... Stating that still awaiting in system resignation initiation for every 24-36hrs frequency.. btw, your last working would be 90 days from the day you sent email to your manger. Later, hr will adjust actual lwd in the system..

Also, they should initiate resignation in the system with in 24-48 hrs, once we sent mail to manger, if it will effect on manger job aswell

Yesterday I looped my HR with all the explanation and keep cc my manager also, now HR is looking into it. Will ask for update on Monday.

As long as you have sent email and copies the right stakeholders no need to worry. Yes there is an SLA and workflow for each of the members like your manager, HR etc., to update internally and closely but I have seen where it is getting done at the last minute for some reasons or others, make sure you ask the HR for your last working date in email.
Within 2 weeks of this email you should get an email from the on-boarding team.
