Does manager have any control on it?

Guys, Cool. This is corporate world. Emotionals will not work here, Only telant or managing skills will gives u a cool journey. I ve seen lots of people who are not that experts in technology but they jell with their managers well. If we are not good at both the problem start. Try to learn to these things.
Come to the point, move on.. If the manager did not like u. Keep move on.

For me also the same situation. Not only highlight the small mistakes. He is blaming me for other teammates mistakes. Saying that I am blaming them. Literally get fed up for long time.

Yes you can revoke one day before of your last working day,.

And there is an option to change the approver level 1 on Eseparation, can i change it to GPM?

Anyone knows what is the cooling period?

You can remove it till last day but after that there will be some cool down period before you can submit eseperation again

It's the same with me. Joined Infy 4 months back. One senior from my team assigns task to me and takes update from me and then he gives the status to lead in scrum call. Now my manager is saying that he doesn't speak in the call even noone asks anything to me and he mentioned in goals review that needs to improve communication skills.

Atleast 5-10 days before my separation date as of my knowledge

Even with me it is same very minor/small mistakes are being highlighted which can be neglected but can't to anything. I think 15days of cooling period after submitting papers or 1-3 days before manager acceptance
