My manager is asking to work from depute location but now I'm married and my husband is living in other city and I'm reporting there.

You just need to take approve your for your branch from where u want to do work.
Go to ultimatix and there access privilege is there. U have to take approve from your manager.
In TCS policy u can work from your near branch.
So just ask politely to your manager to give access privilege for your near branch.

So resign

If you want to save your job then you need to work from a deputed location only otherwise put your job on the stake and ignore them!
