Hi all,
I joined Accenture in Dec 2022 as level 11 in SAP technology.
I am based in Bangalore and my office location is BDC11A.
I got assigned project in Jan 2023 and my manager is also from Bangalore and from the same office location BDC11A.
From May 2023 my manager told me to come to office 2 days a week along with him.
We started collaborating together and started visiting the office on the same days.
After working with him I noticed he has the habit of eating Vimal Gutkha which i found very awful... 🤮🤮🤮
Whenever he sits next to me and talks to me there is an extremely foul smell coming from his mouth... also his teeth are always red due to chewing Vimal Gutkha 🥲🥲🥲
I am fed up of working with him and decided to ask for help from you guys 🙏🙏🙏
As he is my manager i am unable to say anything to him about his Vimal Gutkha chewing habits...
Please suggest what i should do as I can't take it anymore... 😭😭😭

Buddy you shouldn't give exact location details when you are discussing problems related to the manager. I also feel disgusting about such problems. For example a person I am giving KT, wearing such a smelly hijab it's hard to give KT but it's hard to point these things out as it might bring other emotions.
Sometimes I don't see any option but to ignore things. Because going to HR only complicates things.
Tell him politely that his Vimal Guthka distracts you from your work.
Simple Bro... Use Mask 😷 while he speaks with you especially. Remaining times don't wear., then he came to know

This has given me an idea. Very wicked one. Next time when he talk near you with gutka take some water and sneeze that out over his trousers.. do it multiple times... Then tell him you are allergic to gutka powder.. You didn't realise it earlier but since it's happening repeatedly and affecting your health.. Arrange an anti allergy prescription from some Doctor.. And you say you will drop mail to HR for roll off along with the prescription...
Buddy if you didn't get promoted or didn't get hike then just assume that your manager is also in grapevine
