Trending @Cognizant; My manager didnt give me a rating
I am a genc next pa and my manager didnt give me a rating citing i was on bench and not worked on a project, so am i eligible for hike? And I haven’t heard about anyone not getting a rating because they were on bench so is it right what my manager did?
Rating is mandatory for all associates. Not sure on process for genc next associates.
Hnmm i asked a person who has same hm as me and he also didnt get any rating so i thought maybe we really are not eligible for rating but when i m see posts and other people talking about rating I haven’t seen any one else not getting rating, maybe my manager lied to me about being not eligible

Rating is based on performance, bench means no performance right?
