I see a lot of comments from folks that they got selected but np was an issue. This is a trap of all folks in corporate.
Take risk if you got a call before you'll get one later too. If you're not a risk taker that's fine be here and accept the fact.
Not everyone is in mental/financial condition to take risk. while one can accept this fact, they shall also find multiple alternative ways to move out.... just accepting fact and do nothing is not an answer sir.

Yes it’s correct no hikes in Dec only bonus pay out. Apparently June is the main cycle now so all base pay hikes will happen in June. Only certain exceptions like promotions will get hike in Dec cycle
Please look out for other opportunities. You are not married to any organization
