My manager and TL openly eat Gutkha in the ODC and it stinks like hell. A senior employee tried to politely confront them but the next day even he started to sneak in gutkha with them.
I am sick and tired of this unprofessionalism. The HR is really stubborn and doesnt listen to anyone. I assume even she consumes.

This is unprofessional. Try to stay away from them. Just talk to them when required. If you complain they will do more such stuff . So do your work and neglect them
Bruh my team lead stinks with that cigarette smell😖.. I think he never washes his clothes too... Also every week on friday he gets drunk and puts messages on our company what's app group. If no one responds then he calls them and sometimes he even curses on them. Why are you not responding to me? I will beat you up. And use very bad cursing words. He can't even speak English properly. And in our team the maximum number of people are from the south, so if they hangout together he can't even see them happy although most of our project work those people will do. He just roams around and does nothing just after every half hour of gap he will go out for smoke otherwise from his desk he will be gazing at people like a CCTV camera. He himself told one day that he doesn't want team bonding to happen. If the team bond will increase then it is not worth it for the project. Like seriously?? And none of our teammates do anything against him, other than that they will just laugh over it or will be like yes sir, we will do as you say. Also sometimes if we are checking issues for one day if it is complicated, then next day he will be like, ohh you are checking one issue per day. You are wasting my money. I will also give you salary as per your work if you are wasting your time on a single issue per day then I will not give you salary for that day. Dude, the company is giving me the salary. Who the hell are you? You are also not a CEO but just a mare employee. He don't allow the associate to go on leave also. His response will be like, I am working in tcs for more than one year, I didn't took a single leave. Why are you going home? "Holi, diwali to aate rahenge?" He literally cancelled leaves for us.
He knows very well that nobody in the team can go against him so he does these things. I hate TCS management. Seriously they are just ruining the work environment.
